To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Recruitment & Sales Specialist who enjoys building client relationships, attracting talent and making an impact on the Belgian labour market.

Your role

As a Recruitment & Sales Specialist, you are responsible for the full process from A to Z: from finding new clients to selecting, guiding and matching the right candidates.

You will actively help build our client portfolio and ensure that companies are supported quickly and professionally with reliable flexible workers.

Your responsibilities

• You will build your own client and candidate portfolio.

• You will actively approach new clients and prospects within retail, food, hospitality and other sectors.

• You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients and closely follow up on their staffing needs.

• You will actively search for students, flexi-jobbers and other flexible workers through different channels.

• You will conduct screenings and interviews and guide candidates throughout the entire process.

• You will create the right match between client, shift and candidate.

• You will work closely with management, operations and the product team to provide clients with the best possible service.

• You will think commercially about growth, new opportunities and improvements in our way of working.

• You will take initiative in an ambitious startup environment with a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

Your profile

• You have 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, temporary employment or sales.

• You combine commercial flair with a strong people-focused mindset.

• You are entrepreneurial, results-driven and proactive.

• You get energy from client contact, negotiations and building relationships.

• You enjoy following the full process from prospecting to placement.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch. English is a plus.

• You work in a structured and independent way and think in solutions.

• Experience in retail, food, hospitality or flexible employment is a strong plus.
