Shifters work under a legal flexi-job contract, student job, or interim contract, depending on their profile and the assignment. Everything is done according to Belgian social and tax legislation.
Modifying a shift is simple: go to the shift, click 'Edit' and adjust the details (date, time, requirements). Save your changes and everyone involved is automatically notified.
Happy with a Shifter? Add them to your favorites. This way, you can easily re-invite this person for future shifts via your favorites list in the app or on the website.
AnyShift recommends Shifters based on their profile, experience, ratings, and availability. You always choose who you invite or accept.

AnyShift understands that emergencies can happen. Contact the company immediately to inform them of the situation. Workers are advised to avoid further last-minute cancellations and to notify at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as a lower rating. If a worker cancels three times or more within the set period, their account may be suspended.
